Return & Refund Policy

At Leela Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewelry or apparel, we are here to help. 

1. Return Window 

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. 

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging with all tags still attached.

• Jewelry Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

3. How to Start a Return.

To start a return, please contact us at leelacollection416@gmail.com  or call us at 647-607-3130. We are based in Brampton, and we will provide you with the return shipping address once your request is approved. 

4. Shipping Costs

• Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is damaged or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
